- Reduce production time. Production time per document is greatly reduced because a low-bandwidth data stream does not need to carry document formatting information for each page. Instead, the formatting information is stored one time for each document.

At Select, we can associate your business conditions with specific data found within your document and based upon that “discovery” of key words or names or values we can cause the document to be printed out with special messages or “flags” indicating things like special handling, or material hazards. The conditional statements are virtually limitless and can be designed to meet virtually any requirements you may have.
